By accessing and using the A-Level Mathematics in 5000 Questions platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Growth Education Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

2. Service Description

Growth Education Limited provides an online educational platform offering mathematics practice questions, hints, and solutions for A-Level Mathematics students. The Service includes access to digital content and downloadable PDF materials.

Digital Delivery Only: All products are delivered electronically via activation keys. There are no physical products, and no shipping or delivery services are involved. Upon purchase, you will receive an activation key that provides immediate access to the digital content.

3. License and Access

Upon purchase of an activation key, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased volume(s) for personal educational use only. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell activation keys
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the digital content
• Use the content for commercial purposes
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or watermarks

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to questions, solutions, hints, images, and PDF materials, is the intellectual property of Growth Education Limited and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful educational purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your activation keys
• Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features
• Not engage in any activity that could damage or impair the Service

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before access is granted. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Growth Education Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
